The first buyer to enter into a fully executed purchase agreement each calendar month is eligible to receive up to $10,000 in Flex Cash. After the first qualifying contract, eligible homes will receive the standard $5,000 Flex Cash incentive. Flex Cash may be applied toward an interest rate buydown and/or eligible buyer closing costs and prepaid expenses, as permitted by the buyer's lender and loan program. Incentive is available only when financing through a Better Life Homes preferred lender. Offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be combined with any other promotional offers unless approved by Better Life Homes.
