My husband and I bought our first home through PoP Homes and I could not be more please with the whole process from start to finish. Mortgage company, realtors and the owner or PoP Homes were very informative throughout the whole process. This new-build was everything I was looking for with premium flooring, stainless steel appliances and beautiful counter tops. I have already
recommended a few colleagues and other family friends who have been looking into moving to South Carolina, or who already live here and want to upgrade. Also credits to Betsy Hyman and Joshua Derrick realtors as they were there every step of the way in all processes! Love the appliances, flooring, bathrooms, counter tops, spacious walk in closets. Definitely an upgrade from my condo in Murrells Inlet. I like the quite country area here in Loris. I would have not thought to move out to Loris area if it wasn’t the appealing look of these properties and the other listed on Scarborough.
